Lize & Rikus’s wedding was so elegant yet relaxed and loads of fun! I loved her stunning gown by Janita Toerien, the floral backdrops & napkins at the reception, the roses & greenery hanging from canopies over the beautifully decorated tables and of course, the rose gold cutlery!  They also had the cutest idea for their wedding cards & envelope box..pumpkins!

Our journey of true love ended in the most amazing way possible- we vowed to love and care for each other on the most magical day with the most incredible people present to witness our fairy tail evolve into a happily ever after. The moment I stepped out of the car and walked into the church I was at peace. The moment my eyes met those of my groom’s and a tear of pure and utter joy welcomed me as I made my way down the aisle, I knew I was right where I was destined to be at that moment in time. We enjoyed every moment of this one in a lifetime event- saying I DO, cutting our beautiful cake, entering the reception area with HIS last name and sharing our first dance as Mr and Mrs are but a few of the highlights that I reminisce about to this day. True love will triumph and nothing says it better than WE do.

Advice from the Bride

Every bride wants to look their very best, get a team that will not only make you look like a princess but also makes you feel like one. There is no such thing as an ugly bride and you can be sure to take your groom’s breath away (maybe even weaken his legs). Take a minute, sit back and observe the detail of this amazing day. Also, make time to look at the way your guests enjoy themselves; watch them laugh, watch them dance and watch them shed a tear during a heartfelt speech.

Enjoy a bigger rather than smaller piece of your wedding cake! Cake will never taste as good as it does on your wedding day. On this day you are allowed to have your cake and eat it!
